  2. 1 big size capsicum
  3. 8 florets of broccoli
  4. 1 mid size onion
  5. 2 mid size carrot
  6. 8 pieces paneer
  7. 6 pieces of mushrooms 1 tomato
  8. 8-10 garlic clove
  9. 2 table spoon oil
  10. 2 table spoon Ketchup,chilli sauce, venager & seasome oil
  11. 2 table spoon cornflour
  12. 1/2 cup beetroot water
  13. as required Salt, black pepper, garam masala & cinnamon powder
  14. as required Roasted jeera powder

Instructions to make to make Veggies chinese curry

  1. Carrot & baby corn cut into thin stick shape.mushrooms cut into 2 piece,capsicum & tomato cut into square pieces. (seeds remove)
  2. Broccoli pluck into mid size florets. Paneer cut into rectengal pieces. Garlic chopped fine. Onion cut into 2 pieces & make its slices.
  3. Now in a pan boil water add some salt & first boil baby corn for 3 to 4 min,then add mushroom boil it for2 min. At last add broccoli & carrot, Also boil it for 2 min.
  4. Keep aside it. Now in a pan add oil roast garlic till golden. Add jeera powder garam masala & cinnamon powder, stir it for 1 min.
  5. Now add onion & capsicum slices, stir again it for 2 min. Now add boiled veggies, some salt & cover it with lid. Check it veggies cooked proper.
  6. Now add tomato pieces, all ketchup, vinegar & seasome oil mix in a bowl,make a paste & add in the pan. Now add veggies boil water in pan. (2 cup water)
  7. In boil water cook the veggies for 5 to 7 min. At last add cornflour & beetroot mix water. Boil it again on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Paneer roast on tawa & add into gravy. Check the consistency of gravy. The yummy Chinese veggies curry is ready.
  9. We can serve it with rice or noodles. Healthy, tasty & green veggies recipe is ready. I don't use soya sauce, but if like then can use.
