  2. Add ginger, garlic and green chilies.
  3. Stir fry on a medium flame for some sec.
  4. Then add chopped spring onions.
  5. Stir fry spring onions for 1 min on medium to high flame.
  6. Now add sliced capsicum stir fry on medium to high flame for 2 minutes.
  7. Lower the flame and then add Kashmiri red chili powder, soya sauce and red chili sauce.
  8. Now add 1/2 cup water. Mix well.
  9. Take one tbsp corn starch in a bowl.
  10. Add 3 tbsp water for dissolving corn starch. Mix well to get a smooth paste.
  11. Lower the flame and then add corn starch paste to the gravy.
  12. Season with salt as per taste. Mix well and simmer till the chili paneer sauce has slightly thickened.
  13. Mix paneer cubes with the gravy.
  14. Now add Vinegar.
  15. Serve chili paneer.
