- Paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 bay leaves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 5/6 cloves
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 tbsp green chilli and ginger paste
- 6 garlic cloves
- 6-7 cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp melon seeds
- 3 dry red chilli
- 3 medium sized onion
- 4-5 medium sized chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp water
- Gravy
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp oil
- 200 ml water
- 100 grams grated paneer
- 400 grams paneer cubes
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Paneer Masala
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions to make to make Paneer lababdar
- Firstly, heat 1 tbsp oil

- Saute bay leaf, inch cinnamon, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, green cardamom, black peppercorns cloves, and it turns aromatic.

- Cook the onions until it turns brown and then add ginger, green chilli and garlic pieces and cook for a while.

- Then add the melon seeds and cashew nuts cook for a while and then add the tomatoes and cook until it soften for 4 - 5 minutes and then add salt and water and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool down.



- Grind the mixture and make a paste.


- Firstly, heat 1 tbsp oil and butter in a pan and add ginger paste. Cook for a while.

- Then add the paste. Cook for 3 minutes.



- Then add 200 ml of water. Cook for a while.


- Add grated paneer and paneer cubes in the gravy. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.



- Add garam masala, salt, kasuri methi, and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.



- Add cream and coriander leaves and cook for a while.


- The curry is ready to be served.
