Instructions to make to make Paneer Chowmein Roll
- Firstly take maida and add 1 tsp suji,1 tsp salt,1tsp oil,1 pinch ajwain and knead it propely with water


- Put the doe for rest for 40-45 minutes and cover it also

- During this time prepare filling....first of all take pan and add water,1 tsp oil,1 tsp salt and then add noodles........oil is used to avoid stickiness in the noodles.....wait for boiling of noodles



- After boiling..... Sieve The noodles.....and now put the pan again and add some oil and then onion and ginger garlic paste....when onions turns translucent add vinegar,chilli sauce,salt,green chilli sauce according to your taste....add one tsp pizz topping for good taste liked by children



- Add noodles in pan and mix it properly..............then add some grated and chopped paneer for good taste



- Mix it properly and your filling is ready.......put Aside the filling for sometime

- Now check the doe and again knead it for 2 minutes......u can see the difference in pictures after kneading....after kneading... roll the doe in round shape...and then put it on tawa



- Cook both sides on low flame and then apply pizza topping (not compulsory,you can also add ketchup)on one side and spread it properly and then add filling and add some chat masala



- Fold the sides of roll...and give it the shape....and also fold one end and wrap it in a tissue



- Serve it with ketchup and onion.....as you like....so yumiiieeee and tasty
