  1. Cut paneer into small pieces. Add it to a bowl add red chilli powder, salt to taste, corn flour coat it well.
  2. Heat a pan add oil deep fry coated paneer and keep aside.
  3. In a small bowl take 2-3 spoon of red chilli powder add water to it and prepare red chilli paste.
  4. In a pan add oil, finely chopped ginger, garlic, diced onion, diced bell pepper, roughly chopped green chillies. Keep tossing.
  5. Then add red chilli paste on it mix well. Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pinch of sugar. Mix well add water as required for gravy.
  6. Then add fried Paneer, mix it well add pinch of salt, add spring onion. Add corn flour water (in a bowl add 2 spoons of corn flour and water). For thick gravy.
  7. Garnish it with spring onion.
