- 2 tbsp corn flour

- 1/2+1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 onion
- 1 Green capsicum
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- As required Cooking Oil for deep frying paneer
- As required Water
Instructions to make to make Semi Dry Chilli Paneer
- Chop paneer in cubes. Chop capsicum length-wise and onions in cubes and separate all layers.


- Add cornflour in a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and make a paste by adding water. Add paneer cubes in this slurry and coat it well.


- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry coated paneer from all sides and remove it on a plate.



- Now remove cooking oil from wok leaving only 1 tbsp cooking oil in it. Add onion cubes and saute for 1 minute. Now add capsicum and ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.


- Now make a slury of corn flour, salt, and black pepper powder. Add this slury in onion Capsicum and stir well.



- Add salt, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and vinegar, and mix well.


- Add paneer cubes and saute for 1 minute and let it boil. Switch off the flame.


- Serve hot garnished with spring Onion with noodles or fried rice.
