- 200 gms grated paneer
- 100 gms cabbage finely shredded

- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- For covering :
- 1 bowl maida
- to taste Salt
- as required Water for kneading dough
Instructions to make to make Paneer momos
- Take maida add salt. Mix well. Add water and make a soft dough.
- Keep aside for 20 mins.
- Add oil to a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste.. Add cabbage, capsicum, carrots. Toss it well
- Add grated paneer. Add all sauces. Mix well
- Stuffing is ready. Allow it to cool
- Divide dough into equal size balls. Take 1 ball roll it in a thin small chapatti
- Stuff it with paneer stuffing. Make pleats and bring it all together. Jus shown in picture
- You can give any momo shape you want.
- Heat idli or any other steamer.. Steam momos for 10 to 12 mins. Till they aur in glassy look.
- Serve hot with hot red tomato chilli chutney or sauce.
