  16. 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  17. to taste Salt
  18. 1 tsp pepper powder

Steps to make to make Paneer Hakka Noodles

  1. Firstly, a large vessel take 8 cup water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt. once the water comes to a boil, add 2 pack noodles, stir and boil for 3 minutes or until the noodles cooked. (Refer package instructions to know the cooking time.)
    Drain off the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. keep aside.
  2. In a large wok heat oil, add ginger-garlic and chilli. Stir fry on high flame. Then add all vegetables. Stir fry until vegetables shrink slightly. Now add slices paneer pieces, stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Further add salt, pepper powder, soya, chilli,and tomato sauce.
    Stir fry until the sauces well combine
    Now add boiled noodles and vinegar. Mix everything and Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off flame.
  4. Serve hot.Enjoy
