  1. Make rectangular pieces of paneer.
    And add little red chilli powder,dhania powder,chat masala and salt to it and keep it for marinating for 30 minutes.
    Take a pan and add oil and heat it on medium flame.
    Fry all paneer pieces medium flame till it becomes translucent.
  2. Take it out on absorbent paper.
    And meanwhile keep it aside.
    Now heat oil in a pan.
    Add onion to it and saute it on high flame for a minute.
    Then add capsicum,green chilli,garlic and ginger paste to it and saute till it becomes translucent.
    Then add soya sauce,chilli sauce,salt, vinegar tomato ketchup to it and mix it well.
    Now add 1 glass of water to it.
    Add cornstarch and stir it well.
  3. When a gravy becomes thick add paneer to it and saute for 30 seconds.
