- 1 tbsp kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- 2-3 cubes paneer for gravy
- as per taste Salt

- Cut paneer into cubes,Marinate into the ingredients mentioned,leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 tbso oil in a pan, fry marinated paneer to golden.Take out and keep aside.Add remaining oil in the same pan and add hing and cumin seeds,add kashmiri chilli powder and quickly add 2-3 tbsp water to avoid burning of spices.
- Lower the flame,add all powdered spices exept garam masala powder.
- Mix and saute for 1 minute.Add tomato puree,salt and 1/2cup water.Cover and cook for 4-5minutes on medium flame.
- After 3-4minutes,spices are cooked well,add fried paneer and grate 2-3cubes of paneer over gravy.
- Add kasuri methi,ginger julians and chopped coriander leaves.Adjust gravy.Cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
