- 10-20 gms Butter
- as per required Khade Masale
- 1/2 Teaspoon Jeera
- 1 Badi Elaichi
- 2-3 Choti Elaichi
- 2-3 Laung
- 5-6 Sabut Kaali Mirch
- 1 Tej Patta
- 1 Small Daal Chinni
- For Spices
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Haldi Powder
- 1 teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder
- 4 teaspoons Dhaniya Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi
Instructions to make to make Dhaba Style Paneer Lababdaar
- Chop Paneer Cubes in medium-small pieces or whatever shape you want & keep them at room temperature for 30 minutes.


- Meanwhile, chop Onions, 1/2 Ginger, 2 Green Chillies & Dhaniya Leafs very finely.





- Chop Tomatoes, 2 Green Chillies & 1/2 inch Ginger.



- After 30 minutes, take a bowl, add chopped paneer cubes in it with 1 Tea Spoon Salt & 2 Table Spoon Soya Sauce in it & mix them properly & gently.





- Then take a kadhai, add 3 Table Spoon Desi Ghee in it & turn the gas on medium flame.




- When ghee gets heated up, add 1 Tea Spoon Jeera & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.


- When they start sizzling, add roughly chopped tomatoes, 3-4 Kaju Pieces, Ginger & green chilies in it with 1 Tea Spoon Salt & 1 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder so that they start releasing oil quickly & gets mashed.







- After 6-7 minutes, when oil is completely released, turn off the flame & transfer the mixture to a bowl or plate.




- Now let the mixture cool down properly.
- After some time, grind it finely into purée in a paste in a mixer grinder.


- Then strain the purée properly through the strainer.

- Now take 1/2 cup Dahi, add 1 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 4 Tea Spoon Dhaniya Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder, 1 Tea Spoon Laal Mirch Powder in it & mix them properly.








- Now take another pan, add 1/2-3/4 Cup Desi Ghee in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

- When ghee gets heated up, add all khade masale, 1.5 Pinch Hing & finely chopped onions, ginger & green chilies in it & cook them till they turn into golden brown in color.




- After 5-6 minutes, when they turn golden brown in color, add spices mix Dahi & mixture paste in it & mix them properly.



- Now close the lid & cook them for 10-12 minutes till their oil is completely released.
- After 10-12 minutes, when oil is completely released, open the lid & stir them properly.

- Now add 1-1.5 Cup Water with marinated paneer cubes, 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala & 1/2 Tea Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi, 10-20gms Butter & finely chopped dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly.






- Now close the lid & cook them for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
- After 5-6 minutes, open the lid & stir them properly.
- Your Dhaba Style Paneer Lababdaar is ready to be Served.
