- 1/2 tbsp Butter (using salted)

- 1/4 cup Finely chopped Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped Tomato
- 200 grams Paneer
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Green Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- For making Chutney
- 1 bowl Coriander leaves
- 1/2 bowl Dhadia (Gram)
- 1/4 cup Dedicated Coconut
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 2 Green chillies (chopped) as per your taste
- as needed Water
Instructions to make to make Special Paneer Dosa with chutney
- First Make Dosa batter as you make every time. Just add a little salt and Baking Soda to it.
- Now it's time to make our filling. In a Kadhai, add 2 tbsp Olive oil and heat it.


- Once the Oil is heated, add finely chopped onion and Capsicum.



- Now add salt as per your taste and mix it well.

- Now I have add Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste, you can also use store bought Ginger Garlic Paste.

- Now add the main ingredient Paneer and mix it well.

- Then add 1 tsp Soy sauce and mix it gently.

- Then add a little red chilli powder and Green Chilli sauce if required.


- Now heat a pan and heat it.

- Then sprinkle some Water and spread the Dosa batter on it.


- Cook from both the sides and apply oil on it. Then apply the filling on one side and fold it.



- Our Delicious Special Paneer Dosa is ready.


- Now it's turn for chutney. Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a grinding jar.
- Make a fine paste of all the ingredients and add water as required.
- Our chutney is also ready. Serve hot with our prepared Dosa.
