- Take a pan add green cordamam and paper roast and grind/ Take a bowl add curd cream cheese coriander leaves fenugreek leaves and add half grind cardamom powder and half grind paper



- Now add paneer cubes mix well and keep in freeze for 1hour / take a pan add oil add paneer cubes and fry well keep aside



- Take a pan add onion ginger garlic green chili almonds and mix melon seeds cook well and after cool grind well smooth fine paste



- Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds green cardamom bayleaf cinnamon stick stir and add grind paste stir fry to cook well add salt and add leftover paste



- Now stir fry to cook add milk add paper and add paneer cubes and stir cook 2 minutes and Flame off



- Transfer into serving plate and garnish paper and fenugreek leaves
